Club Success Plan · 2026–2027
Build a CSP your team will actually use.
Reach agreement in the officer meeting, then appoint one coordinator to submit the plan. Keep it on the agenda after submission.
One clear submission path
Choose a method. Finish in three steps.
Prefer online collaboration. Use the offline PDF only when the team cannot complete the plan online.
You chose online entry. Sign in, open Club Central, then choose Club Success Plan.
You chose PDF upload. Download the current template from Club Central; do not reuse an old file.
Start with the team’s answers.
In the officer meeting, agree on the DCP target, owners for four work areas, and a quarterly review rhythm.
Appoint one coordinator to collect answers, submit the plan, and maintain the current version.
Complete the six plan sections.
Save each section as it is finished. Do not wait to enter everything at once.
See what to prepare for all six sections
- Education: awards, member motivation, Pathways support, and owners.
- Membership: growth goals, renewals, retention, and recruitment actions.
- Training: owners and follow-up for summer and winter officer training.
- Administration: dues, officer lists, barriers, and solutions.
- Committee Values: how the team collaborates and makes decisions.
- Planning Contributors: everyone who helped create the plan.
Online: save and close each completed section. PDF: finish all six sections before uploading.
Submit, then keep it current.
Confirm that Education, Membership, Training, and Administration all show complete before submission. Update the plan when officers or goals change.
What to do after submission
- Review actions quarterly in officer meetings.
- Update owners as soon as responsibilities change.
- Confirm DCP progress in official reports.
Menus, templates, and field names may change. Use the signed-in Club Central page and official reports as the source of record.
