Responsibilities in practice

Current requirement areas

Education

Complete two learning paths.

Club leadership

Serve the required club-officer term, help prepare a Club Success Plan, and participate in District-sponsored officer training.

District leadership

Serve a complete one-year term as a District leader.

Mentor or coach service

Serve successfully as a club mentor or club coach.

Club-building or outreach service

Serve successfully as a club sponsor, or conduct a Speechcraft or Youth Leadership program.

DTM project

Create and implement a project of your own design that demonstrates accumulated skills and expertise.
